Rohit Garg is a seasoned Energy and Climate Change professional with over 12 years of experience. His expertise includes developing renewable energy, energy efficiency, community-based projects, and Nature-Based Solutions in least developed and developing countries. Rohit specializes in innovative technologies-based methodologies like green hydrogen, and Carbon Capture and Storage, vehicle recycling. He has led sustainable city initiatives like the Climate Resilience Cities Project and Sustainable Transport Projects and excels in ESG research, industrial carbon footprint assessments, and low-carbon transport. As a roster expert with Gold Standard, he reviews projects and contributes to methodology advancements.

She has over 8 years of experience in managing climate change projects in developing countries with a particular focus on renewable energy, energy efficiency and community-based projects. She has also worked in management of health and safety projects in the renewable energy sector. She has worked on various industrial quality assurance projects and health and safety projects. She is ISO 9001:2015 certified auditor as well. She started his career as an independent consultant and supported varies agencies to meet their sustainability goals.

She brings expertise in carbon accounting, life cycle assessments (LCA), and emissions reduction frameworks to help businesses navigate regulations and voluntary offset markets. Her work spans Scope 1–3 emissions, carbon credit validation, Article 6 feasibility, and net-zero roadmaps. With experience across real estate, energy, and mobility, Jhalak advises developing sustainability strategies that deliver both environmental and economic value.
